The processability of the film must also be guaranteed in more extreme conditions, such as in cold rooms, environments with high relative humidity or with lots of dust. In practice, however, it turns out that, for example, the adhesion of regular stretch film is not sufficient and the pallets will not leave your building with the best possible packaging. Well-known phenomena such as ‘film tails hanging off pallets’ are not only optically ugly, but they also disrupt handling in fully automated warehouses.

For these conditions, AFP has developed Resinex 583. It’s the all-weather version of stretch film.
